Here the first few pictures of the knitting event in Germany with all items donated to “Knit for Japan”. I will get more pictures later.
The pictures show some of the participants watching a Japanese dance. On the second picture you can see a basket full of knitted flowers, donate by a lady from Frankfurt.
Knit for Japan 
What a wonderful idea. I have a container of garments already knit that I will pass on & will continue to knit for the wonderful Japanese people who I met there & ones I haven’t met. I will also attempt to get hold of all former students & put the idea out to them too. Thank you for bringing an idea to reality. MJA
